iTAB are proud to continue an exciting partnership with Bank of America Chicago Marathon for the 4th year. This pinnacle event for world-class elite athletes and everyday runners, alike, takes place on Sunday 13th October 2019. Runners from all 50 States and over 100 countries, will take on the iconic course through 29 vibrant neighbourhoods, on an architectural tour of the ‘Windy City’. More than 45,000 runners will be cheered on by an estimated 1.7 million spectators as they make their way to the finish line in Grant Park.
Several international running stars are joining the 42nd annual Bank of America Chicago Marathon elite athlete competition – including past champions: Brigid Kosgei (KEN), Dickson Chumba (KEN) and 2018 Bank of America Chicago Marathon champion and British legend, Sir Mo Farah CBE.
The Bank of America Chicago Marathon offer the iTAB personalization service to all their participants. Chicago’s finisher medals are specially designed, with a recess in the back, to hold an iTAB medal insert. This small plate is laser engraved with the runner’s name and finish time – offering a perfect way to celebrate and remember their individual achievements.

The 2019 Bank of America Chicago Marathon is a member of the Abbot World Marathon Majors – a collective of six of the world largest and renowned road races. The five other members are: Tokyo, Boston, Virgin Money London, BMW Berlin and TCS New York City Marathons
